【簡介】
摘要:從被油污染的土壤中獲取菌源,對混合菌種進行富集馴化,研究了富集馴化過程中油的降解率變化。通過正交試驗研究了混合茵液的降解能力。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),第一天油的降解率達到77%,隨后逐漸減慢。最佳工藝參數(shù)為:溫度40 ℃,pH 7.5~8.5,接種量60%,Na2Si03.9H20 5~7 g/L,Na3P04-12H20 5—20 g/L,OP一10 2 g/L,搖床轉(zhuǎn)速150 r/min。除油試驗表明,在電鍍前處理中利用微生物除油是可行的。

1 前言
金屬件電鍍及涂裝前的除油處理是保證鍍層及涂層質(zhì)量的重要手段。目前,除油處理采用的方法主要有噴砂法、燃燒法、溶劑法、電化學(xué)法、化學(xué)清洗法及其他多功能水劑除油法。其中,化學(xué)清洗投資少、效果好、操作容易、管理方便,是目前應(yīng)用最多的一種除油處理方法。傳統(tǒng)化學(xué)除油存在的缺點是使用時必須加熱,<
